By order of 03.03.2022, the Gera Local Court opened insolvency proceedings against the assets of PSI Bauplanungsgesellschaft mbH, Eisenberg, and appointed specialist insolvency lawyer Marcello Di Stefano von DiLigens as insolvency administrator. Contrary to the company's name, this company has not been involved in construction planning in recent years, but was active in the international trade in pianos and grand pianos.
On 4 March 2022, the Mühlhausen Local Court ordered provisional insolvency administration for the assets of MIKRA Stahlhallen GmbH, Sonnenstein, and appointed Marcello Di Stefano, a specialist lawyer for insolvency law, as provisional administrator.
