DiLigens Attorneys-at-Law & Insolvency Administrators in operation since 1 January 2021

Erfurt/Eisenach/Leipzig/Dresden - The lawyers and insolvency administrators Marcello Di Stefano, Dr Martin Linsenbarth (both specialist lawyers for insolvency law) and Thomas Reichelt have founded a law firm specialising in the fields of insolvency and restructuring. DiLigens Attorneys & Insolvency Administrators are active in the field of insolvency administration as well as restructuring advice and litigation in these and related areas of law. The firm is headquartered in Erfurt, with offices in Dresden, Eisenach and Leipzig.

The founding partners, who already knew each other from their days at Tiefenbacher, have been active in insolvency administration and restructuring advice for many years. They are currently regularly appointed as insolvency administrators and trustees by insolvency courts in Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Hesse. The partners are supported by lawyers Christian Hassel and Claus Geilen, who both previously worked at the insolvency law firm Kübler, Heiner Kuna (specialist lawyer for tax law and for commercial and corporate law) and a team of nine specialised staff. All of them together most recently worked at Reinhardt & Kollegen.

"We are pleased to be able to tackle the major challenges of the future with a very experienced and highly motivated team. In particular, the new statutory regulations on non-insolvency corporate restructuring that came into force on 1 January 2021, but also the upheavals in connection with the COVID 19 pandemic, will lead to considerable changes and also to a significant increase in demand for competent legal services with integrity in the area of insolvency and restructuring; we are very well prepared for this at DiLigens ," Di Stefano, Linsenbarth and Reichelt said in unison.
