The Erfurt Local Court opened insolvency proceedings against the assets of Collection C Möbelvertriebsgesellschaft mbH Weimar on May 1, 2023. Marcello Di Stefano, a specialist lawyer for insolvency and reorganization law from the law firm DiLigens Rechtsanwälte & Insolvenzverwalter, was appointed as insolvency administrator.
The furniture specialist had filed for the opening of insolvency proceedings at the Erfurt District Court on December 27, 2022. Since then, Di Stefano, together with the management, has continued the business operations fully and successfully.
