The Gera Local Court has ordered provisional insolvency administration over the assets of Emotec GmbH in Greiz and appointed specialist insolvency lawyer Marcello Di Stefano from DiLigens as provisional administrator.
Emotec GmbH is active in the construction of photovoltaic power plants. The current projects in Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark will continue without restrictions even in the insolvency proceedings. Wages and salaries of the employees are secured for this purpose.
"First of all, the proper continuation of the business and the securing of the claims for wages for the estate are in the foreground. However, we are also working on a restructuring solution in this case, which is not easy in the given constellation. We are doing what can be done," says the provisional insolvency administrator Di Stefano.
