H & K Haarpflege GmbH has filed an application with Meiningen Local Court to open insolvency proceedings for its assets. The court subsequently appointed DiLigens partner Dr. Martin Linsenbarth as provisional insolvency administrator. The debtor was founded in 1992 and operates four hair salon branches in Eisenach, Thuringia.
The business operations of H & K Haarpflege GmbH will continue in full with all employees at the four locations in Eisenach. The employees' wages and salaries are secured until the end of March 2024 via the insolvency substitute benefits. During this period, it will be examined how business operations can be restructured while retaining as many jobs as possible. Talks are currently being held with interested parties.
