On 11.07.2024, the creditors of Haus Tanneneck Neidhardtsthal GmbH in attendance unanimously confirmed an insolvency plan submitted by the company. This successfully concludes self-administration proceedings, which had already begun on 22.11.2022 as protective shield proceedings. Business operations have continued in full since then.
The (provisional) administrator was DiLigens partner Marcello Di Stefano, who was supported by a team led by his partner Dr. Martin Linsenbarth. The company's management had appointed Dr. Renald Metoja from Eisner Rechtsanwälte as its procedural and general representative to advise on the restructuring of the facility. He had now also submitted the insolvency plan for his client.
Haus "Tanneneck" is run as a fully inpatient geriatric care facility with associated day care, day care and short-term care and had run into financial difficulties as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The company had 54 employees when the application was submitted.
