The closing date in the insolvency proceedings of the special machinery manufacturer SPR Industrieservice GmbH from Sonneberg will take place on 31 August 2021. The unsecured insolvency creditors will receive a quota of around 70 % on their claims. Marcello Di Stefano, specialist lawyer for insolvency law at DiLigens Rechtsanwälte & Insolvenzverwalter, had been appointed insolvency administrator by the Meiningen Local Court (IN 111/17) and was able to generate a corresponding mass to be distributed to the creditors. "This case shows that it always makes sense to file claims with the insolvency administrator. There is usually a quota and this can also be quite high - as in this case," says Di Stefano on this successful conclusion of the proceedings.
