Halle (Saale), April 01, 2024 - Trampolin & Kart Leipzig Betriebs-GmbH GmbH from Leuna (Nova Eventis) filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings with the Local Court of Halle (Saale) on January 11, 2024. The insolvency proceedings were opened by order of the Local Court of Halle (Saale) on April 1, 2024 and lawyer and specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law Thomas Reichelt from the law firm DiLigens Rechtsanwälte & Insolvenzverwalter was appointed insolvency administrator.

As a franchisee of "GRAVITY Active Entertainment", the debtor operated an indoor amusement park in the NOVA shopping center in Leipzig. Wages and salaries were initially covered by the insolvency substitute benefits. As a result, Reichelt was initially able to continue business operations without restrictions until the end of March 2024.

The intensive efforts to save the business as part of an investor solution failed due to the landlord's negative attitude, meaning that the business operations of the leisure park had to be discontinued as of 31.03.2024.
