The insolvency administrator Dr. Martin Linsenbarth has reached an investor solution for Lehmann HD. The business operations and assets of the insolvent cleaning services provider were sold to a new legal entity. The restructuring transfer as part of an asset deal took place with effect from January 1, 2023. All of the last 15 employees will be taken over by the purchaser.
Due to liquidity difficulties, Lehmann HD had to file for insolvency in August 2022. Since then, business operations have been continued in full under preliminary proceedings. By order of the Meiningen Local Court dated November 1, 2022, insolvency proceedings were opened and Dr. Martin Linsenbarth was appointed as insolvency administrator. Even after the opening, business operations were continued by the insolvency administrator without restriction. In addition, Dr. Linsenbarth held talks with several interested parties; this process has now been successfully concluded.
