Marcello Di Stefano, lawyer and specialist in insolvency law, has been appointed provisional insolvency administrator for the assets of Transport Georgi GmbH Kleintransporte/Kurierdienste und Transportvermittlung by the Gera District Court. The company operates as a specialised B to B logistics service provider with vehicles up to 3.5 t, primarily in Central Germany, and in addition to its headquarters in Triptis, has further branches in Gotha and Dresden.
Business operations will continue without restrictions with 152 employees. "My team and I are currently making all the arrangements so that operations can continue seamlessly. The pre-financing of insolvency payments has been initiated so that the employees can receive their wages on time. We are in active and successful contact with the customers and the other contractual partners," says the DiLigens partner.
The aim is to find a sustainable renovation solution.
