Erfurt/Walldorf, 11.10.2021 - After weeks of intensive talks with interested parties, insolvency administrator Dr Martin Linsenbarth from the law firm DiLigens Rechtsanwälte & Insolvenzverwalter has found a buyer for the insolvent BWA Baumaschinenhandel GmbH Walldorf. The contract to take over the construction machinery dealer has been signed by both parties, Dr. Linsenbarth announced today. On the same day, the local court in Meiningen opened insolvency proceedings against the assets of BWA Baumaschinenhandel GmbH Walldorf and appointed lawyer Dr. Martin Linsenbarth, who had already been the provisional insolvency administrator, as insolvency administrator. BWA Baumaschinenhandel GmbH Walldorf had filed for insolvency proceedings on 12 July 2021 due to insolvency.
The acquiring company will take over the entire machinery of the company as well as the location in Walldorf. The remaining employees will also be able to keep their jobs.
